Long time friends of the MB, Mark and Sara, ruined their lives over the weekend. It was a lovely affair that went down at Red Rocks Amphitheater and included Apache Wedding blessings, drinking and revelry, an R2D2 cake and a slide show of two fine-looking youngsters in love. I understand your reasoning for putting us at the Smashing Pumpkins table, Mark, but were we at least considered for The Clash table? I must know. Congratulations (again) from the wife and I. Enjoy England/Scotland/Ireland. Also, something for you to consider.
Imagine how much more you could have written if you stayed for the fun stuff, oh well I guess its hard to stay up late when you’re old.
Agreed. I am old. It was eleven when we got back from Shitville and I just wanted to watch some Matlock and go to bed.
First off, thanks for the post. I am glad you had a good time and even though Jen couldn’t make it, she sure had a good excuse, although we would have loved to see her. You know this now means you are now obligated to: 1) invite us to another one of your social events, or 2) hang out with us in some other social situation.
Thanks for the help with the honeymoon fund, I will seek out that whisky if I am sober enough to begin with. I have already been preparing myself by taking prilosec and zycam.
I am also really glad you didn’t come back, considering they had to shut us down shortly after 10. In my opinion, this was the only downside about red rocks. Such an early last call…
thanks again for coming buddy. we had a blast and were happy you were there.
We were just talking about how we wanted to have you up for dinner when you made it back stateside. We’ll set it up when you get back. The wife was sorry she missed out…
